Access to phtala.ph is strictly limited to individuals aged 21 years and above, in compliance with PAGCOR regulations applicable in the Philippines.
Each individual may hold only one registered account on phtala.ph. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and subject to permanent suspension.
All games on phtala.ph use independently certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems to ensure fairness. Manipulation or exploitation of system errors is strictly prohibited.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts and PAGCOR dispute resolution processes.

Participation on phtala.ph is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gambling in the Philippines. phtala.ph reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Accounts found to belong to players under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all associated funds forfeited.

To register an Account on phtala.ph, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and Philippine mobile number. You agree to keep all registration information current and accurate. phtala.ph may require you to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (UMID, PhilSys Card, Driver's Licence, or Passport) to complete KYC verification.
Each individual may register and maintain only one Account on phtala.ph. The registration of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances therein. If you believe you have inadvertently created a duplicate Account, contact phtala.ph support immediately.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party. phtala.ph will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your Account credentials where such unauthorised use is not directly attributable to a security breach on the phtala.ph Platform itself.
You must notify phtala.ph support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. phtala.ph recommends enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) on your Account as an additional security measure.
phtala.ph reserves the right to suspend access to an Account pending investigation if it reasonably suspects that Account security has been compromised, that the Account is being used for fraudulent purposes, or that the Account holder may not satisfy eligibility requirements.
phtala.ph accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Coins.ph, USDT, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. The minimum deposit amount is âą100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). Deposits are processed instantly for GCash and Maya. Processing times for bank transfers may vary. phtala.ph does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are available only to Players who have completed KYC identity verification. The minimum withdrawal amount is âą200 (Two Hundred Philippine Pesos). Withdrawal requests submitted by verified accounts are processed same-day during business hours, subject to standard anti-fraud review procedures. phtala.ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on withdrawal requests above certain thresholds.
Bonus Funds and any winnings generated from Bonus Funds are subject to applicable Wagering Requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable Real Money. Attempting to withdraw Bonus Funds before satisfying Wagering Requirements may result in forfeiture of the bonus amount and associated winnings. Real Money deposits that have not yet been wagered may be withdrawn at any time, subject to standard processing procedures.
In compliance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, phtala.ph applies AML monitoring to all financial transactions on the Platform. Winnings must be withdrawn using the same payment method used for the initial deposit wherever technically feasible. phtala.ph reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on transactions and to report suspicious financial activity to relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

phtala.ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, connectivity issues, or actions taken in accordance with these Terms.
Nothing in these Terms limits phtala.ph's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by Philippine law.
phtala.ph collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an Account, you consent to phtala.ph's collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities (including PAGCOR) as required by Philippine law, and with trusted payment processors and KYC verification service providers for the purpose of facilitating your use of the Platform.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons attributable to the Player's breach of these Terms, phtala.ph reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising from or relating to these Terms or the use of phtala.ph shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to first attempt resolution through phtala.ph's customer support channels. If a resolution cannot be reached, Players may escalate unresolved disputes to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process, in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.
